Jacques® is the innovative Palazzetti patented cooking ensemble. With a single fire, it simultaneously heats the broiling slab, the oven and two food warmers, one with and one without a door.
It is very easy to cook with Jacques®: in the garden, on the terrace or under the porch.
It can also be equipped with useful accessories that make cooking more pleasant and practical such as stainless steel grills, a drip pan to collect cooking fats, soapstone slabs such as Bioplatt (also available in the “hide-away” version) to cook healthy and wholesome foods without additional fats, and the handy firewood holders that make lighting and controlling the fire easier.
It is possible to simultaneously cook tasty grilled foods on the hotplate, cakes and pizzas in the oven and deserts in the food warmer with a door, while the one without a door keeps cooked food at the right temperature.
Made from cement that can be finished as desired, it has a refractory firebox, a stainless steel oven and two food warmers and can be completed by an elegant copper roof.
