Catalano for architecture: new Catalano’s route starts from Cersaie 2011, with the aim to embrace a range of products especially conceived "for" high quality architecture.
On the strength of its long-established manufacturing and technological results, its latest equipment and its products with extreme geometries, Catalano decided to enhance its corporate vision, and turns to architecture world in order to stimulate and to bring suggestions and ideas.
The company, which pursues innovation and quality for over forty years, inaugurates a collaboration with the leading names in international architecture scene: a window on a rapidly changing world, to grasp the changes taking place and to transfer them on products close to human needs.
The sequence of collaborations starts with Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, who sign the new range IMPRONTA (footprint), in which a recognizable organic matrix and a soft line are combined with Catalano innovative technology.
Catalano moves in a definite direction, emphasized by the large exhibition space concept at Cersaie, designed as a square, a place of assembly and exchanges.
A spiral guides through catalogue products and innovations, including Canova Royal collection and additions to Star, Sfera, Light, Proiezioni, Zero and Velis ranges.
On the background, there is a fragmented mirror wall that delimits Fuksas’ IMPRONTA energy.
To complete the stand structure, there is Cultural Café, a concentrated and permeable space, a public square to debate and share the company philosophy, with a background of visual images and video.
Particular attention is given to the book "Catalano, bathroom design in business culture", available at the stand. Premiered in Perugia at Festarch 2011, the book deals about story and values of Catalano and aims to be an instrument of cultural and strategic consideration on "Catalano project" both in national and international scenario.
