“Meetings with the project”, considerations on the world of architecture and design: tremendous interest and participation following the second meeting that took place at Refin Studio.
On October 14, the second meeting at Refin Studio took place: Projects to create emotions.
The protagonists, Giancarlo Marzorati and Massimo Marzorati explained how in an episode where the tale becomes a fairy-tale, the architectural expression is able to communicate sensations and emotions.
Giancarlo Marzorati presented the concept of “pluralistic premises”, an entirely tailor-made building, a different project for a different concept of building focussing on the people who live in that building every day. The customers and their houses become an integral part of the project, actors of the architecture and co-director of the designer.
In the “pluralistic premises” it will be possible to chose the area in square meters and the finishes but also a living space that is suitable for those who live in it. Great importance also given to environmental issues, with the introduction of photovoltaic panels not only for private but also for public buildings.
Another distinguishing element of this project is the expert lighting design by Massimo Marzorati, Grandi Architetture & Partners. In fact, light has an increasingly important role in the work of architects and designers, because with the expert use of light, we can obtain spectacular effects in spaces, modifying the general perception of the space itself.
Even the second episode of the “The spaces of Wellness” cycle, dedicated to planners, architects and professionals of the Real Estate sector, saw numerous people taking part in the extremely successful event.
On November 9, Refin Studio will be, once again, the venue of an important meeting: “Eco-sustainability: research and innovation for a quality and wellness holiday”, organised by Andrea Benvenuti, Director of Valtur real estate and building department with the participation of Marzia Morena, President of Rics Italia and Professor at the University Politecnico of Milan- BEST Department.
