After ten years, the Pietre collection by Casa dolce casa is expanded with the Pietre/2 collection, which consists of a complete restyling in order to update a collection that made the history of the company and brings it into line with contemporary architecture. It is a renewal in the sign of continuity: new sizes, new technology, the same character. Aurinia/1.0, Blera/1.0, Tuscania/1.0 and Fiora/1.0 concretely express the meaning of Don’t give up: renewal in the sign of continuity, looking ahead but never forgetting where we came from. Casa dolce casa maintains the recognizability of the separate products, working along parallel lines to renew the material and develop the technology. In this way the basic types are respected but the different production technology permits new applications. The technological leap achieved with Pietre/2 is evident: the product is not glazed, the colors renew their shadings, the graphic designs gain new interest. The dialogue with the client is not interrupted, and finds new stimuli based on continuity, shared experience, shared goals for the future.
To complement the intense, refined tints of Pietre/2 new decorations have been developed. They valorize the environments with esthetics linked to the contemplation of nature. Three different solutions are offered for the colors Orte and Todi: Central Park, in the single size of 60x120cm, depicting a fern fossilized in stone; Tree, a leaf drawn on a stone in the 60x120cm size; lastly, Hyde Park, a stylized design with a botanical inspiration in the 40x80cm size.
Vulci offers two patterns, Drops and Curl. Drops is an ethnic pattern of drops sliding along the surface of a slab measuring 60x120. The shades are ambered and warm, in perfect harmony with the chromatic veining of Vulci. Curl is a textured line that runs along the surface of the 40x80 cm slab, a decoration consisting of a continuous line that echoes the background color, exalting the shades of the warm veining of Vulci.
The surfaces of Pietre have undergone interesting new treatments: there is an increased level of shading obtained through the technological process of Casablend by Casa dolce casa, and they are more marked; Aurina and Tuscania also have the bushhammered finish that gives them a rougher aspects and makes them perfect for outdoor use.
Pietre/2, in porcelain stoneware for floors and wall, comes in different sizes: mosaic 5x5cm on mesh in modules measuring 30x30cm, 40x40cm, 10x60cm, 40x80cm, 60x60cm, 60x120cm and staggered strips 21x40cm.
