WOLO is the new single lever range with ceramic cartridge half-concealed into the body of the washbasin and the bidet; the set is completed with a shower column, floor mounted washbasin and bath in chrome version.
The jewel in Webert’s crown are the lines designed for the bathroom, which feature the outstanding taps in the FLAUTO collection, one of the winning designs from the first Industrial Design Award (IDA), an Industrial Design competition organised by Webert. “Open a tap and listen to the flow of running water. It’s a familiar yet magical sound, an ancient sound that’s as old as the hills, but it is also contemporary as it brings us life every day.
I have only heard this harmonious sound in music; in fact it’s actually the music which has inspired me. This is why the project is called FLAUTO, and its design evokes the form of a musical instrument with lines that are sober and elegant, robust and melodious.” This is how the architect Massimiliano Settimelli describes his creation, which has been masterfully interpreted by Webert.
The tap’s wide flat spout is aerator-free, enabling the water to flow freely like water from a spring. The handles are shaped like the mouthpiece of a wind instrument, with a wonderful design that is a pleasure to touch. The spray and showerhead have simple clean-cut lines, with eye-catching black streaked designs. All three models (for the washbasin, shower set and showerhead) are principally designed in brass with a chrome finish and coloured handles featuring with the Webert logo.
